On the occasion of completing 100 years since the establishment of the Tathagata Dipankar Buddha statue and the initiation of the Samyak tradition by Nar Singh Shakya (Lama Aaju), a grand Lasata Samyak Mahadan (Great Almsgiving) will be held in Patan on January 15, 2026. A grand display of 126 Dipankara Buddha will be brought together from the Patan area, Bhaktapur, Kirtipur, and Kathmandu, creating a powerful spiritual atmosphere.
