Panchali Bhuja is a yearly ritual at Purnachandi Temple in Patan, celebrated during Yenyapunhi (Indra Jatra). People prepare 12 rice balls filled with different foods (meat, fish, vegetables) and offer them to the deities. It is believe that if it rains that night, Dashain will be rainy.
